Each year, immunologists from UCSF, UC Berkeley, and UC Merced co-sponsor a two-day conference. This conference allows for scientists from three institutions to share their work and interact with each other in a social setting. Principal investigators or chosen member(s) of the lab give an overview of his/her research-in-progress. Faculty must register to request a lab speaker slot. We strongly encourage everyone to sign up to present a poster at the catered poster session on Friday and Saturday night. It's a lot of fun! Great science and lots of time to get to know your fellow immunologists.

Last day of cancellation is Friday, August 10, 2018. After August 10th, the registration list will be secured and you will be charged the full rate quoted for the entire reservation.
COSTS per person Double $490 Single $720 **taxes and fees not included**
Total costs include - Guest room for both nights, meals, and conference/resort expenses
GUESTS There will be an additional out-of-pocket charge to your expense if you decide to bring a guest(s) (unless authorized by your PI to fund additional expenses). Rates are as followed:
Guest rate of $89.90* per day, includes shared room accommodations with meeting attendee, breakfast, lunch and dinner in the Sunset Restaurant, on-site recreational amenities on a daily basis, and service charges.
Children ages 6-12 are $55.80* per day, includes shared room accommodations with meeting attendee, breakfast, lunch and dinner in the Sunset Restaurant. Children 5 and under dine/stay free of charge.
