Each year, immunologists from UCSF and UC Berkeley co-sponsor a two-day conference. This conference allows for scientists from both institutions to share their work and interact with each other in a social setting. Principal investigators or chosen member(s) of the lab give an overview of his/her research-in-progress. Faculty must register to request a lab speaker slot. We strongly encourage everyone to sign up to present a poster at the catered poster session on Friday and Saturday night. It's a lot of fun! Great science and lots of time to get to know your fellow immunologists.

Registration will be available from June 3, 2019 - July 26, 2019 

Any registrations received after July 26, 2019 will be considered a late registration. Accommodations are limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Room type: Single  Non-Faculty - Please note that only faculty get a priority of a single room. If you have requested a single room, we will place you to a double room based on availability.

Room type: Double If you select a double room, you will only be paired up with your requested roommate if you choose each other. If you don't indicate a roommate or if your roommate request is not paired, you will receive an email to confirm a potential roommate. 

COSTS total per person - Double $510 + (registration fee of ~$200) / Single $770 + (registration fee of ~$200) 

Total all-inclusive costs includes - Lodging for both nights, meals, and conference/resort rental expenses

Registration fees - registration/service fees and taxes are not included in the "all-inclusive" rate and will be determined after the retreat. (~$200 is an estimated rate for your reference) 

Double: $255 per night, per person + registration fees ~$200

Single: $385 per night, per person + registration fees ~$200

GUESTS Please note that we had to turn away student/post-doc participants last year due to limited space at Chaminade. Please consider this space limitation when making plans for inviting family/guests. 

There will be an additional out-of-pocket charge to your expense if you decide to bring a guest(s) (unless authorized by your PI to fund additional expenses). Rates are as followed: 

Guest rate of $89.90* per day, includes shared room accommodations with meeting attendee, breakfast, lunch and dinner in the Sunset Restaurant, on-site recreational amenities on a daily basis, and service charges.

Children ages 6-12 are $55.80* per day, includes shared room accommodations with meeting attendee, breakfast, lunch and dinner in the Sunset Restaurant. Children 5 and under dine/stay free of charge.
